This service allows the subscriber to automatically redial the last outgoing call. If the call to the last called number fails because the called party's line is busy, call setup is performed automatically as soon as the line becomes idle; this is known as delayed Automatic Callback. The subscriber's phone rings with a distinctive ring to identify the callback; when the subscriber picks up, the switch then attempts to contact the called party.

This service is available only on local individual residential and business lines. Initial 900 number restrictions are provided at no charge to customers. There are charges associated with removing the restriction, and charges apply in some circumstances for the re-establishment of the restriction after it has been removed.
