Copper Valley Telecom is a progressive communications company offering a variety of services in the Prince William Sound & Copper River Basin regions of Alaska.
The responsibilities of this position include directing the financial, accounting, and financial planning practices of CVT and its affiliates including preparation of monthly financial and operating reports, completion of all required federal, state, and local financial reports, and coordinating annual and mid-year budget processes.
Additionally, this position will be responsible for overall cash management, safeguarding of funds, securities and assets, and directing the activities of Accounting and Information System employees (either directly or through subordinate managers). This position coordinates preparation of regulatory filings and financial audits of CVT and its affiliates, and evaluates new technologies, service offerings and business opportunities.
Minimum Education Qualifications:
An equivalent combination of college study and experience may also be accepted.
