It is our goal to assist each customer in selecting appropriate services and features, notify you of changes to or new regulations or rates, and provide additional information regarding rates and services that you may reasonably request.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you wish to submit a complaint or dispute for consideration or resolution, you may do so by calling us at 907-835-2231. You may also choose to submit your concern in writing to: Tabitha Gregory, Chief Customer Relations Officer, Copper Valley Telecom, Box 337, Valdez, AK 99686. Within 7 business days, we will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint. Within 15 days of receiving your complaint, we will send you a letter of determination. If this is not satisfactory, you may submit a written complaint to the CVT Board of Directors at the same address.
